The passport works great with my PC but when I hook it up to my TV it just makes a clicking noise. It works with my Bluray player but not the TV. I reformatted the HD to HTFS per the TV’s online suggestion and it still doesn’t work. Please Help.
If it’s clicking with the WD TV and not when you have it plugged into the pc, that’s because it’s not getting enough power to function. Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.
