Passport 500 gig sync?

Does anyone know what the settings are to synchronize but not delete? Our company auto deletes e-mails after 30 days and I would like the option to delete when I choose.

That’s something that you would have to do through your email program - create a backup of your emails.  The passport would simply be a place where you could back up to.
