I have just purchased this drive and it has less than 6Gb of free space. On looking at the drive with windows explorer everything is in a foreign language and I dont know how to free up any space. Can anyone help me please.
There is probably someone on the forum who will recognize this situation and know more than I do. However, if nothing else, you should be able to format the drive to reclaim the space. It is rather strange that a new drive would be essentially full.
Can you tell what language appears on the drive, or what sort of files are there?
