Bonjour. Depuis que j’ai réinstallé Windows 10 sur mon PC , je ne vois plus l’icône MYCLOUD dans l’explorateur de fichiers :
---->Réseau
------>Ordinateur
-------> là , je ne vois que l’icône de mon PC représentée par un écran de PC et un clavier.
Merci Cordialement.

Hello. Since I reinstalled Windows 10 on my PC, I can not see the icon MYCLOUD in the file explorer:
----> Network
------> Computer
-------> there, I see only the icon of my PC represented by a PC screen and a keyboard.
I should normally find the MYCLOUD icon that is not there.
It is also represented by a screen and a keyboard.
The driver is up to date.
I installed WD Discovery but the network mapping is grayed out, so disabled.
What can I do ?
Thank you Best regards.
First do you have a My Cloud or My Cloud Home device. They are not the same device. Generally one uses the WD Discovery program for the My Cloud Home. For the My Cloud one would use WD Access which can be downloaded from the My Cloud Download page.
With Western Digital product support, you can find an order status, register a product, check warranty status, and check on returns & replacements on your storage device.
Microsoft may have disabled SMB 1.0 when you reinstalled Windows 10. One would need to re-enable SMB 1.0 within Windows 10. There may be additional settings one may have to reconfigure within Windows 10 for the My Cloud to appear in Windows File Explorer. See the following discussions which have suggestions on what to check (and possibly change) in Windows 10 when the My Cloud is not being seen in Windows Explorer.
Here is what I just found with a Google search and it worked for me.
Open the Control Panel select Programs and Features then open Turn Windows features on or off
then make sure the following box is checked, SMB 1.0/CIFS File Sharing Support, your computer will have to reboot for it to take affect. See images below, click on, tap or activate images to enlarge them.

End results, my My Cloud is back. See images below.
