My WD external my book drive had its partitions deleted using windows explorer by someone who had no idea what he was doing. The result has been that I cannot reformat or hardly get a device to recognize it at all. How do I go about putting partitions back onto it so I can format it and use it again??? I’m currently using an HP Chromebook with an android system but had been and hope to again, go back to windows 10 on another device.
