Partitioning Easystore Drive

I just purchased an Easystore drive. I have to computers I would like to backup to this drive. I would like to partion the drive in two if possible and store my data from each computer within their respective partitions. Is this possible? If yes, how do I do it?

If not, any better suggestions?
