will it work with the wd my cloud (4GB) ?

AFAIK the Microsoft .NET core library does not build properly for armhf yet, so Emby doesn’t provide binaries for ARM based My Cloud devices yet. You could try the mono builds, but I don’t know if it works.
It will be announced in this forum when it works.
