OS 5 - Stuck on Upgrading to My Cloud

Hi. I am trying to install OS 5 but the installation seems to be stuck on, “Upgrading to My Cloud OS 5…” for more than 12 hours. I have two 3 TB drives.

I have the exact same issue (and no, that page doesn’t help). It stalls at upgrading…it briefly shows “0%” then switches to “-1%” and stays there.

PS. 6TB x 2 DL2100. I am on firmware v2.41.116.

I have the same issue with my WDMyCloud. I had no issues with my WDMyCloudEX2 Ultra. Is there a fix yet?
