Operation under linux ( G-SPEED Shuttle XL Thunderbolt 3)

Hi,
We bought the G-SPEED with the aim to make it work under linux (centos 7) as our local RAID. We are struggling to get it to work. The BIOS settings (server: Supermicro X11DAi-N) are correct for the Thunderbolt card and boltctl detects the G-SPEED device (showing up in the listed devices), although we can’t view the device as a block device using lsblk or fdisk. Your help will be much appreciate.

We have no support for any Linux distro. Windows and Mac OS only.
