Only administrator users are allowed

I get this error when trying the login to at the mycloud.com/signin portal. I cannot signin to this drive at web portal with my userid or the admin account. I am getting a lot of error messages from my security software saying this drive is being attacked. Also the mycloud.com URL is declare an unsecured URL. How can I fix this, please.

Post screen shot that claims the “drive is being attacked”. Probably something with your security software or browser plugin/extension.

If one gets a browser warning about a security certificate one can step through the process to accept it and bypass the warning. For example on Firefox, other browsers should have a similar process:
