One User Not Able to sign into OS5

Recently bought a My Cloud EX2 Ultra and downloaded the OS5 applications to our iPhones. I have myself, and one other user with no issues. However the third user continues to have issues trying to login. I have deleted his profile, resent the invitation. The first time he tried to activate and again today he received an email from WD stating there was a “suspicious login attempt” from Boardman, United States, using a IP address 68.147.xx.xxx. Obviously there is most likely a connection from his issues not being able to login? Any other suggestions? I’m going to start a chat with tech support tomorrow but thought I’d throw it up here for any help.
