I get it, drives fail. Even good companies have an issue. But I find it particularly annoying that I bought a Red “Pro,” spending the extra money for a longer warranty, and the thing died a month in. I have had regular old “Red” drives for about 3 years with NO problems. Now one month in, it’s dead.
What’s worse is the RMA situation. Trying to establish an RMA, when I “add” my address to the RMA, I continue to get a message that it can’t display my address.
Nothing like adding insult to injury.
