OEM WD10EZEX HDD - no support for broken HDD from vendor

Hi folks!
I’ve baught a HDD from WD. Obviously it seems to be an OEM product as i tried to register it in WD homepage. But this just did not work as i got the error that i have to contact my vendor. So i did…it’s Bueromarkt. I wrote them already three days ago but did not get any answer. My HDD is broken so what’s next? Can WD help me?

If the drive is an OEM, the warranty should be the same as the product that the drive came in.

If the drive came by it self, check with WD to see if there’s any help that they can offer you.
