Hello Everybody! Requesting any advice on how to obtain an RMA for this product above which was sent out from China. I was told by the WD country office in the Philippines to obtain the RMA, while the WD Customer Support in the internet informed me that I should contact the seller in China, based on the serial number above. So I am now looking for the equivalent of the WD China country office. I’ve started but the process is slow and I do not know Chinese. Any advice how to jumpstart will be much appreciated.
