I have 2 machines backing up to My Cloud on differant schedules. PC1 has backed up 400gb and laptop1 has backed up 200 gb. When I open my Dash, it always shows 2TB remaining and it should be showing about 1.4 tb remaining. I have physicaly checked both backups and they are present and roughly the sizes mentioned. Any thoughts? I did tun a system restore but hesitate to run the others due to backing up my back up. Any ideas?
Are you doing Safepoints or Windows Backup?
I use the WD Smart Ware for backing up computers to MyCloud, then a safepoint to backup MyCloud to a MyBook. Only the MyCloud does not show updated storage space remaining.
