Not showing all folders/files when loggin in remote

Hi!
I have a problem when I log in remotly on my remote WD Cloud: The W10 PC App is only showing maximum 36 folders or files at a time, but on my ios App I can see all folders/files.
It is the same thing if I use the W10 PC App to log in on my local MyCloudEX2Ultra.
This is new for me, earlier it has been OK on the PC to.
Any ideas?

Hi Iaan0000,

I noticed this in a web broswer but not in the app, I will give it a whirl.

Can you try from a web broswer to see if you have different results?
