Not possible to add OneDrive to iOS-App

Hi there,
I try to get OneDrive working in “WD MyCloud App” under iOS. I enter my username, my password, my 2fa authentication-code and after pressing “ok/yes” to grant this app access to my OneDrive-Account nothing happens, except returning to the apps “starting-page”.

Latest version of the app, latest version of iOS tested with iPad Pro 10.5 and iPhone 8, same problem on both devices.

I’ve got my WD Ex2 today and haven’t unboxed it so far. I think of returning if a simple thing like this doesn’t even work.

Can anyone help?

I’m having the exact issue on both iPhone and iPad, uninstalled-reinstalled the app, still doesn’t work.
