Not compatible with my cloud backup service

I should have known. Now, I’m not sure if I should return it. I use backblaze and it doesn’t recognize NAS drives. I’m not mad at WD. I’m mad at not realizing this until now.

However…

If there is a service that will let me backup my NAS off-site, I will keep the WD. It’s that simple. Can anyone recommend one?

Does it not recognize the shares at all? I never used this service., but if it goes through yrou computer and you have your shares mapped,it shuold be able to see it. maybe? not elegant but …or back up to external USB drive and connect that drive to pc when you want to back up to backblaze.
