Not all folders on WD MyCLoud with smb

My Cloud OS 3 Personal & Network Attached Storage My Cloud

I tried to connect with smb to my WD Mycloud but I don’t see there all folders, and I am sure these files are there. When I am connected with ftp or WD Mycloud app these folders exist there.
