Not able to register WD Red - "Not found"

My 4TB WD Red drive is failing. Wanted to create an RMA, but I’m stuck at the product registration page since it’s impossible to register the drive. The serial number is completely valid, copied straight out of my Synology. Tried with the other WD drive I have, same error. Also tried with and without the “WD-” part at the start.
Also started a ticket with Support. No answer so far.

I tried to register my NAS HDDs and External MyPassport and had to contact customer service chat line. Told them the registraton page is messed up.
They registered my drives over the chat line after I provided my info on PN and SN and uploaded the receipt as proof to the rep.
