Not able to load movie


Trying to watch a movie in my smart TV connected to the same network of WD My Home Cloud. I am able to navigate all the way through all options and reach my movie file. When I load this, it says after some time “please check your network connection”… don’t know whats wrong. Few files / movies loading successfully. Any suggestions please

NAS to Router and Router to Smart TV … all connection are wired (Ethernet) connections
