Normal Ram usage

Hi there,
I was wondering what normal ram usage amounts are. This is my current stats with the only app running is Plex server. is this normal? yesterday i finished moving about .5 TB on it and since then its just been lagging. i added some music from the ex2 utlra into my library in my media player (foobar2000) and Ive been having issues with playback from delays to studdering.
