I just bought the My passport ultra and the software included (all) WD Drive Utilities,… is not working. I click and nothing happens, checking on the taskbar the program starts then the werfault starts and the program closes. I dont have any malware on my computer. I have the net framework 4 installed. Never had any issues with other software. I downloaded from the website to test and is the same result.
Any help??
Did you uninstall the previous version of the software prior to installing the new one?
