Hello!
I have an EX 4100 and the disks are always working never stop will some configuration be in the nas? never enters Stand By Mode.
Even if you are not transferring files, are the disks always reading what might be?

See the dedicated EX Series subforum where people more familiar with the EX 4100 may be able to assist and or where there may be past discussion similar to your issue. This subforum (My Cloud) is generally for the single bay My Cloud units which are different than the EX Series.
