No write access

Hi all,

Since my last firmware update on My Cloud EX2 Ultra, I get an error on Goodsync of “Access Denied (0xc0000022)”. It seems as though since the update I have lost write permissions to my mapped drive on Windows 10, is there any way to fox this?
