I have WD external hard 2T and have set up a password for accessing into…

now I can not use it at all. in fact my PC does not recognize it. when I want to open Disk management I receive an message that is shown below…

Kindly please help me , I have a vital information in it .

Do you get the window to enter the password, so you can unlock it.

No, the window does not appear at all, in fact it seems the virtual cd drive does not recognize the unlocker.exe so while am trying to open virtual cd drive it says "please insert a disk into… "
