I purchased My Cloud for storage of my raw pictures taken with Canon T6i, i haven’t been able to preview from other locations while logging in via browser my pictures.
Help center oriented me to download the most recent Chrome version, did so and nothing.
Is there anything else i could do?
It is difficult to work via browser because i have to download each file in order to see what picture i have to retouch.
Help is appreciated.
There are a number of past discussions on the CR2 issue that can be found using the forum search feature (magnifying glass icon upper right). Perhaps there is a workaround discussed on one of those past discussions.
