No support from German Support Portal


I had an RMA case 5 weeks ago, received a replacement disk and sent back the broken one. Everything went really smooth. Now the replacement disk showed bad sectors also, so I opened a new RMA case. Since then there is only silence. I opened two support requests with no response.Finally I tried to contact support via phone with the support numbers on the web site. They were not vaild.
What happened to the German support? Does it still exist?

Finally, after 3 days I received an anser. Slowly, but support still exists.
