No sound playing mkv

I have a problem with sound as well, 1st time i play some mkv files, there`s sound, but if i play the same file later, its no sound anynore, the file stil works fine on my computer with full surround.

Any ideas??

i had same prob with mkv files i switched the audio to stereo instead of digital and it worked try that

try putting the file on a flash drive and playing it directly from the usb port.
