No physical drives in Utlity available

After 1 year I connected my G-Speed Studio XL on my Mac. After updating drivers and software the utility worked and recognized the RAID-System. The Drive was also recognized by the OS and available.
But in the software utility nothing was available: no Physical Drives, no Disk Array, no Logical Drive was existing or accessible.
I detached one drive and the software utlity recognized it, but nothing changed and the system light is red now. The drive is still accessible in the OS.
I tried everything on a windows machine too. Same behavior.
Any idea how to access the drives/Array?
