No option to Sync Desktop Folders

I’ve installed the WD Discovery software and the drive is mapped to Z:.… When I right click on a folder located on the Z:, I get the option to Create a Share Link, or Make Available Offline and they seem to work file.

When I right click a folder on my internal computer drives, I don’t get the option to Sync the folder to the Z:\ as indicated in the instructions. Am I missing something? Firmware is 4.1.0-725

What is the path to the folders you are trying to sync? See the post from SBrown in the link below

I am very disappointed that general folders cannot be synched. Had I known that, I would not have made this purchase.

I have the same issue. I am able to make certain folders on MyCloud available offline, but no folders in any location on c or d drive (including those inside user folder) have the option to Sync.
