I want to change the password on My Passport external drive. I bought this drive about 4 years ago and used the smartware that was on it to set the password. It works great. I just can’t find any option to change my password, not even in the security software. The explanation I found online said to look for the change password radio button. It does not exist. I’ve even tried opening smart unlock as admin. Does anyone have a solution to this?
