No Network connection

Hi new to this device it seem to be fun But I have a strange problem the WD Live Hub will not accept the DHCP info so no network connection and this on a hard wire connection cant wait to get this thing on the network

Please I need HELP

Are you trying to set this up Automatically or are you manually inputing the network info?

When you setup the network, choose: 1. Wired (not wireless), and 2. Automatic… It should simply work.
