hello, i am new to the my book live range and i am struggling to get it installed on my windows 7 pc. all the connections are correct and the led is a solid green, but it comes up with rescan network as no live book found. any suggestions??

Try to reset the unit to see if the drive show up o n the network. To reset the unit press the button on the back of the unit on top of the Ethernet port for 3 to 5 seconds, be sure to use a paperclip or a pin to press this button.
