No Lights MyCloud EX2

Hey,

Last couple of nights ive come down to find the EX2 with no lights on at all, all of my other equipment attached to the same extension cable is working fine and doesn’t look like there has been a power cut of any kind.

If I pull the cable out the back and pop it back in, it fires up fine.

Anyone got any ideas of why this might be happening?

If your unit is working but all lights are off then it would indicate the LED’s were somehow burned out. This is physical, and as such the enclosure would need to be replaced.
