I bought my WD SMP yesterday, loaded it up - no iPlayer.

Newest firmware 1.12.14

There is a possibility that WD have discovered the problem. Iā€™m therefore hopeful that they may rectify it quite soon.

When I spoke to WD today - the guy said WD are aware of the problem and will fix it soon - maybe via a software update.

In theory they just need to fix their server.

OK WD have sorted out the problem. If you go to setup / system / set time & country / reset location and select yes, you should find all the UK services back. If you have any problems do a reset to factory defaults and report back here.
