My “MyCloud Ex2 Ultra” not go to sleep.
I use firmware 2.31.193. I try one or two new harddisks without datas.
I can go to hibernation with the dashboard, but not automatically.
What can I do?
@ucm “Hibernation” is like a power off. My Cloud EX2 Ultra does not “Hibernate” on it’s own unless the power schedule is used. My Cloud: Configuring the Power Schedule
Or perhaps you’re talking about disk sleep or standby mode which is My Cloud: Does Not Enter Sleep or Standby Mode
