So I don’t know how my folder would get deleted but when I’m using the desktop app on windows and login it shows NO folders at all. When I login through the home.mycloud website it also shows no folders but if I hit the “Photos” tab I see all of my pictures and when I hit info it shows my the directory that use to show up and I’m able to view and download the photos but I can’t see them on the mycloud at all as a folder. If you look at the screenshot it shows nothing in the folder.
Like how it says File > passport
This folder does not exist but I’m still able to get to it if I copy the directory from the “Photos” tab. Basically I want my entire folder back.
