No external acces and unable to make new accounts

Hello, I have a new MBL 2TB, I cannot enable external acces, keeps giving error notices. Internal servererrors, no internetacces etc. While in the tab network internetacces is good!! Tried several things amongst others settings of modems, static IP etc. Nothing seems to work. I have DSL connection with a ZTE H220N modem. Using windows 7 on the desktop.

If anyone has a good advice except dumping the MBL…

Try resetting the MBL and make sure to check your firewall settings…

I have done several resets withou result, where do I check the firewall settings? I am using Norton, what should I look for? I am not an expert, I thought I bought a plug and play produkt…

There isn’t any of user/PC firewall problem. I think is something else.

Could anyone knows if there is any possibility to access/configure another way than dashboard?

However, try WD2go, i think it will work. the problem is when you try to access from WAN using a browser/ftp.
