No Dts 2.0 output

Please help me on my WD elements play 1TB model WDBACB0010HBK-SESN it has no Dts 2.0 codec so everytime i play a movie that has dts sound there is no sound output on the player? is there anything that i can do or upgrade the firmware how?

I think that this was already answered to you in another post, you have a EP Gen 1, it does not support DTS.
