No disk in disk manager after firmware update 2.0.10

I did the recent update an there is 0 files, the disk is not seen also in disk manager in system menu total mess…

Could anyone help? Are all my files lost?

When I restart or reset device it takes 30-50 minutes to really start

Once it starts it also does not play anything from the net.

Try following this guide to roll back your firmware to the last version.
