No access to Plex

I just set up a brand new PR2100. It is running 5.11.112. I installed Plex server version 1.21.4.4079. When I click the configure button I am taken to my Plex page that says “No soup for you. You do not have access to this server”. WD support had me remove Plex and ssh in to remove it completely. I then did a fresh install but still the same issue. TIA for any help you can offer.

Thank you for pointing me to that. I did find my solution in that thread. My home network uses a 100.127 dhcp. Once I created a 2nd bridge dhcp server and gave my WD a 192.168 IP, Plex immediately worked properly. Thanks again.
