No access after firmware update

For the life of me, I can’t find that knowledge-base document. If you know the direct URL to the article, can you share this with the community?

Nope, not in detail. As this reset proceudre is bound to the operating system, it’s valid for all models / series.

Ok. I don’t have a blank NAS to try this on.

Anyone on here who has a NAS where the UI has failed who wish to try this procedure?

Update: the described reset procedure worked fine! :smile:
Now I have firmware 2.10.302 - I’m not quite sure if I should try the update again :confused:

I have same trouble.
I just bought dl2100 yesterday, for the first set up is normal, but when i am updating the firmware, i cant reach http:/wdmycloudDl2100 for setting & also cant reach data on network.

Yeah, it’s a joke that WD is doing nothing about it!
