New Windows 10 download does not recognize My Passport Elite

Windows 10 doesn’t seem to have a driver for My Passport Elite. Is this a common Problem? Can it be easily resolved by a neophyte?

Hi,

I haven’t see this case before. As a recommendation, try updating the USB Drivers for the USB ports.

Also, test the drive on a different PC as well.
