New WD My Book recognised by Android Box but says NO files!

A brand new 6tb My Book loaded with files. On the PC I can see all the files,etc.
On connecting it to Android Box, the drive is recognised but the folders are empty. Rechecked again on the laptop and all files are fine. Used both USB 2.0 and 3.0 - no change.

Also using a 8tb Seagate drive which works just fine on the android box.

Can anyone help me out?

Check the partition table type and file system format for the Seagate and compare that to the WD.
