Hello All,
I need help with my My cloud EX2 Ultra.
How can I establish secure connection?
I tried different computers and it is the same situation.
I’m using Win 10 pro
What should I change or check to have a secure connection?
I contacted support center but they didn’t help me. :-((

Why are you trying to access the secure server locally. It is not required.

Are you trying to enforce security for remote access dashboard

It will tell unsecure. But it wont allow unless the right username and password is entered. You are safe. No worry.
