New setup for MyCloud is not a reconized device

I changed computers and MyCloud would no longer back up. I factory reset the MyCloud and now can’t get it back up and running. Exactly what software do I need to get it to sync with my computer and how do I configure? It was asking for a 9 digit code(which doesn’t exist for this device) so I uninstalled everything and I starting from scratch. Thanks

You must be running a setup for the MyCloud Home. That does require the 9-digit code.

Read the MyCloud User Manual. It describes how to access the MyCloud Dashboard, and how to set up the device from there.
