Sorry if this is the wrong forum to ask, but does anyone know where/who to contact if I want to provide video broadcasting services (similar to Youtube), so that WDTV Live user can access?

Internet streams are not supported by the WDTV Live, except for Youtube, so you’re out of luck.
However you may be able to set up a media server which acts as a proxy and presents a file to the WDTV Live which is in fact the stream you want to broadcast.

However, I would like to know what’s the proper channel to contact to be added into WDTV Live’s, just like YouTube, Pandora or Flickr.
