New PC and now cannot access shares

Hi, Ive replaced my PC, and have installed WD discovery, but it wont find my device. I can see it in file explorer when I click on network. i see WDMycloud.
I cant map anything from there, all I can do is open the interface through the IP address.
I log in as Admin
I can see all the functions but I cannot access the drive content or map the drive to file explorer. what am I doing wrong ?
Ive already tried re-setting the WD device.
