New Passport ULTRA - cannot set a Password

I have purchased a new My Passport ULTRA 1TB.
I already have a My Passport 1TB, bought and installed last year. Everything ok for that and had set a password no problems.
But following the user manual I cannot get to the passport screen following the instructions.
Been in to WD security> apps but nothing is happening.
I only have the new drive connected to my PC.
What am I doing wrong? help please!
